Cancellations/Refunds

We want you to love your Hat Trap.

We do not accept returns at this time unless a product arrives to you in not-so-great condition. In that case, if you purchased Route + protection at checkout, you can begin filing your claim with Route+ here & we will be notified if you'd like a refund or replacement item.

If you did not purchase Route, please email us at sales@hattrap.com if there is an issue with your order.

All sales are final, so we do not offer cancellations once orders are placed.

Limited Lifetime Replacement Details
Your Hat Trap should provide years of service, in fact a career of service! Please note: Replacement applies only to the original purchaser with a valid receipt. Replacement does not apply to misuse or damage beyond normal usage.
